Wurst's products are largely handmade by several pairs of craftsmen. A new product can come from the suggestions and ideas of sausage makers, shops or consumers. - The idea behind Wurst has always been meat processing. In the 1980s, the market was also quite different, with a lot of potato flour being used in processed meat products, which is why Wursti has been a pioneer of potato flour-free meat products from the very beginning," says Sallamari Lempinen, Wursti's Product Manager.
