The City of Järvenpää puts its procurements out to tender, in which companies can also participate. Procurement above the threshold value by public organisations is tendered openly through the procurement system. Any company or group of companies meeting the suitability criteria can bid for these tenders.
Small purchases
Goods and services worth less than €60 000 are so-called small purchases, which are often tendered more lightly by requesting tenders by e-mail.
