We are looking for companies from Lake Geneva to join the international Euro Scalers sales coaching programme in the autumn, where the primary focus is on growth in the European market. Euro Scalers is a hands-on digital programme.
Pekka Bollström, Managing Director of Jarparo Oy, a company based in Järvenpää, Finland, which was involved in the 2022 spring training, says:

The next coaching session starts at the end of September
The next growth programme will start in the last week of September. The programme is in English and will last 9 weeks.
The programme includes expert coaches, workshops, business and group-specific buzz, sales and marketing tools and a support network of entrepreneurs from other participating municipalities. Three companies from Järvenpää will participate in the autumn programme.
For businesses, the business services act as an intermediary. A more detailed assessment will be carried out by the Euro Scalers representative(s).
Progress of the process
- Local companies should register their interest in the sales coaching programme with Susanna Aramo at Järvenpää Business Service by Fri 26.8.2022 ([email protected] or tel. 040 315 3130)
- Business Services gathers all interested local growth companies and submits this list to Euro Scalers
- Euro Scalers representatives will interview the companies and the most suitable ones will be selected for the coaching programme
- Entrepreneur's commitment to the 9-week coaching programme
- For Järvenpää, three companies will be selected for the autumn 2022 programme
Sales coaching programme
- Distance learning is once a week on either Tuesday or Wednesday afternoons starting at 13:00, except in week 1 when there are two sessions.
- One session lasts max 2 h at a time
- The company also has the possibility of using an intern, 10 hours per week per company that joins. This trainee could be from the target country in Europe, giving the entrepreneur additional local knowledge and 'on the spot' help.
Cost of the coaching programme
The City of Järvenpää Business Services/Business Järvenpää will otherwise bear the total cost of the training programme, the entrepreneur will only be responsible for the €250 commitment fee. The entrepreneur's commitment fee includes:
