Järvenpää-based ATA is a fast-growing HR company that can effectively assist local companies in the region with their HR needs. Last year, ATA, together with its clients, employed more than 80 new employees in Järvenpää area companies.
ATA's activities are always aimed at permanent employment relationships. "In line with our strategy, we have focused on long-term, permanent employment, including in industry. "For most companies, hiring a full-time HR manager is far too expensive and sometimes unnecessary, but outsourcing the same tasks can be done efficiently and the cost level remains very moderate," says Vesa Rockas, ATA's Account Manager.
