In 2018, Lujabetoni started operations in Järvenpää and the construction of the precast factory in the former Valmet production facilities in the Wärtsilä area. In 2018, there were 10 employees, by the end of 2019 there were already 80. By the end of 2020, the number of employees is expected to be around 100, says Risto-Matti Valta, Plant Manager. Lujabetoni is one of Järvenpää's 10 largest private sector employers.

The annual production of precast concrete elements is estimated at 50 000 cubic metres. Every day, around 15-20 trucks bring in the material to the factory, while around 20 trucks take out the precast concrete elements every day. The plant produces, for example, hollow core slabs and precast concrete walls for apartment blocks. Most of the products made in Järvenpää are sent to construction sites in the Helsinki region, Tampere and Turku.

Tulevaisuuden kasvua suunnitellaan parhaillaan.
