When setting up a terrace, you need to take into account permits and other important issues.
During April 2024, the City of Järvenpää has published on its website instructions on how to apply for a terrace permit, requirements for terraces and terrace furniture, information on the order, cleanliness and maintenance of terraces, terrace rental, supervision and possible permits from the building control.
