Industrial and warehouse buildings, commercial and office buildings and combinations of these may be built in the block area without causing environmental disturbance. A fuel distribution point may be located on the site.

Technical facilities on roofs and property and park transformers may be placed in the block area in addition to the building right indicated in the plan.

Activities on the site must not cause unreasonable nuisance to the residents of the surrounding area in the form of noise, air pollution, etc.

Outdoor parking is only allowed in an area with a neat fence that is visually obstructed. Any undeveloped areas of the site must be maintained with planting, used for stormwater management or left in their natural state. There must be at least one tree on the plot for every 200 m2 of undeveloped area.
