Zoning information: KTY-5 Block area for commercial buildings
Office buildings, industrial, production and storage buildings that do not cause environmental disturbance may be built on the site. Commercial, retail, exhibition or catering space serving the main use may be located on the site up to a maximum of 10% of the built-up area of the plot. No grocery store, large retail unit or similar concentration of shops may be located in the block area.
One dwelling is allowed on each plot for the staff required for the operation and maintenance of the buildings.
